  • Kick back and relax in this peaceful setting just off the shores of Lake Whatcom. This comfortable home sits on 5 beautiful, mature forested acres, and it is close to several hiking and biking trails. The home has everything you need to relax and enjoy your Northwest adventures. Just a 20-minute drive to Downtown Bellingham and an easy drive to North Cascades National Park and Mt Baker.
    The home has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 modern bathroom, large open living-kitchen area and a large deck overlooking the woods in the backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. There is a washer/dryer conveniently located in the bathroom.

    *This home is a 10 minute walk to the lake, but it does not have lake access. The closest lake access is 1.5 miles away at the Lakeshore Trail Head.
    *This is a non-smoking property. Smoking/vaping in the house or outside on the premises is prohibited.
    *The living space is on the second floor and accessed by a flight of stairs.
