"Room was dirty, sheets had hair, crumbs, dirty in the “clean made bed” the room had no toilet paper nor soap. The breakfast area where the food is kept before being served was dirty, boxes thrown everywhere, smashed food on the floor. I didn’t take a chance eating the food. We asked for a refund and booked another hotel. I’m still waiting on the refund a week later….."
