Property was adequate but budget priced with all amenities required. Decor a little old and tired but beds were very comfortable and shower was hot and strong! A very friendly and relaxed environment, close to Geelong and all the towns of the Surf Coast.

A nice and quiet place to stay, with a lovely view from the full width window. Plenty of space, and all the amenities. Just 5 mins drive from Torquay for shopping and dining.

From the outside this small unassuming motel gives the impression of a home not a motel. The garden outlook was lovely and the location quiet and convenient. The interior was fresh and bright and very clean

What looks rundown a bit on the exterior turns out to be a comfortable room overlooking a beautiful, natural view. Being spoiled by Airbnbs, I was disappointed not to have real coffee option. Would be glad to pay more for that.

Small scale motel located an easy distance to Torquay. Owner was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but a little old.

The place needs some serious renovations. The room is out dated and disgusting. Cobwebs everywhere, paint peeling on walls, shower certain rusty, mirror falling to pieces, fridge broken spilling water on floor. Exterior is worse. Unkept lawns and trees. Rubbish throughout car park. When we pulled in we thought it was abounded. Owners dogs barking was too much too.

We were there for 1 night and it was honestly so clean! I had read the reviews prior which actually confirmed this too. The hostess was really sweet and I wouldn’t hesitate going back when stopping through again.
