La conduzione della famiglia Bianchi è formidabile. Personale qualificato è sempre disponibile. Ottima reception anche per affari privati dei clienti in soggiorno. Cucina italiana a bouffet infinito con variazioni di ogni genere e per tutti i gusti. Verdure di ogni tipo proposte in tutte le varianti. Pesce sempre presente con variazioni gestite dalla migliore cucina tradizionale. Il calore locale traspira nella pulizia in ogni dove per gli igienisti più sofisticati. Che dire: dopo 50 anni di vita alberghiera, per lavoro, il potersi rilassare al Metropolitan per il secondo anno è stato un vero piacere e confermeremo ancora. Una vera vacanza con il cuore della Romagna.
