- The apartment combines the comfort of home with the splendid position overlooking the sea in front of the equipped beach (we have an agreement with the bathing establishment for a 10% discount).
Modern, spacious and comfortable decor, it offers everything that is necessary for a comfortable holiday (Wi Fi, LCD TV, books, washing machine ...).
60sqm: two bedrooms, a large double bedroom and a bedroom with two beds, plus a double sofa bed in the living room for a total of six beds, the bathroom with shower and washing machine, the fully equipped kitchen with dishes and pots.
The two balconies project the apartment directly onto the Adriatic sea.
Supermarket, bars, shops and bicycle rental right under the building located in the center of Igea Marina, in the evening pedestrian area for strolling and shopping.

Gastgeberin top, sehr bemüht.

Appartamento in ottima posizione
Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento spazioso e pulito, perfetto per una famiglia con bambini data la posizione tranquilla ma vicino alla passeggiata e di fronte alla spiaggia. Ma soprattutto svegliarsi e poter guardare il mare è impagabile. Lo consiglio vivamente anche per la cordialità della proprietaria e la pulizia...davvero ottimo!
Unico neo abbiamo avuto un piccolo imprevisto (problema al rubinetto della doccia), comunque risolto in tempi rapidissimi.

Relax con vista mare
L'appartamento è grande, pulitissimo, dotato di ogni comfort e di fronte al mare. La vista è bellissima. Complimenti alla proprietaria e a chi si occupa delle pulizie. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è il top. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
