    Decor modern, spacious and comfortable, offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday (Wi Fi, LCD TV, books, washing machine ...).
    60sqm: two bedrooms, a large double bedroom and a bedroom with two beds, plus a double sofa bed in the living room for a total of six beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and pots.

Great Location

Stefania was a very gracious host making check in easy. This apartment is located with a view of the great beach. Convenient base for day trips to Rimini, Ravenna and San Marino. Restaurant right across the street had a good selection of seafood. Highly recommend this rental.

Sehr schöne Fewo, in 2. Reihe. Anfang Oktober ist es angenehm ruhig. Der Alimentari im Erdgeschoss hatte geöffnet. Perfekt zum Rennradfahren oder um stundenlang mit dem Hund am Strand zu laufen

Die Lage zum Strand ist super. In 1 Minute hat man zu Fuß den Strand erreicht. Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Balkon super.

Soggiorno presso Casa Stefania Igea Marina

Soggiorno eccellente: appartamento molto carino, accogliente e pulito. Posizione molto comoda per visitare il circondario romagnolo, a due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Igea Marina, il supermercato è sotto casa ed è aperto fino a tardi. La zona è tranquilla per cui non si è disturbati durante la notte. La signora Stefania è stata molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato molti consigli su cosa visitare, sui ristoranti e gli eventi in corso. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Appartamento spazioso e accogliente

Abbiamo soggiornato io il mio compagno e la nostra miciona, siamo stati molto bene, la casa è spaziosa e accogliente dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Non abbiamo mai incontrato la proprietaria per vari impegni ma è sempre stata disponibile telefonicamente, ad accoglierci il marito un personaggio brillante e simpatico. La casa corrisponde alle foto mostrate dal sito, la vista mare dalla camera è molto bella, sotto casa i principali servizi di superamento, tabacchi, bar e ovviamente la spiaggia privata e libera, tutto a due passi dall'appartamento. Che dire di più, per noi è stato TOP! Non metto il massimo Delle stelline solo perché la vera scomodità è il parcheggio a 2 km dall'appartamento..
