"Check in was terrible as the desk attendant was deaf and not helpful . Major truck repair active in the parking lot. Asked for dinner recommendation and the desk attendant had nothing to provide No hot water for the shower in the morning. "

"What a hidden treasure This is an amazing little getaway- walkable to so many great spots in Dover, and just 20 -30 minutes from so much more that New Hampshire Sea Coast has to offer.Neil and Kimberly were the perfect hosts, easy to work with while allowing just the right amount of privacy.Loved it! "Thank you it was a great stay. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our breakfasts and dinners for our stay. This is appreciated greatly. Negative would be the TV in the bedroom didn't work but that wasn't an issue for us but could be for others. Positive the location and size for our group wored out great. 2 adults 2 teens and a 7 year old. The beds were not that comfortable really will end up with pain issues longer than a long weekend stay. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and the walk to the candy store was made several times. "
