The recently updated kitchen flows into a comfortable dining and living area, perfect for gathering after a day of adventure. Relax on the leather couches, enjoy the retro fireplace, or stream your favorites on the Smart TV. The deck features a private gas BBQ grill and peaceful woodland scenery with a view of the golf course.

This home is ideal for families, with thoughtful touches for those traveling with little ones, including a crib, a Pack `n Play, children`s books, and dinnerware.

Sleeping Arrangements & Layout:

First Floor Master Bedroom: Features a new queen bed, a Smart TV, and an adjacent full bathroom with a stall shower.
Upstairs Bedroom: A spacious room with a queen bed and a Smart TV.
Upstairs Loft & Gameroom: A fun-filled space with a built-in retro gaming system, a large Smart TV, and a convertible futon/bunk bed that sleeps three.
Upper Loft: Accessible by a ladder from the gameroom, this space has two twin beds.
Upstairs Bathroom: A full bathroom with a custom-tiled tub/shower combo.
For your comfort, most rooms have individual heaters and A/C units, and strong Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo.

Guest Access

Guests will have private access to the entire townhouse, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive stay. Enjoy seamless self-check-in with a secure keypad.

Community Outdoor Pool: Located directly across the parking lot (summer only, exclusive to the condo community).
Shanty Creek Indoor Pool: A short 2-minute drive away.

Lake & Beach Access: Shared access to the beautiful nearby lakes, including stunning Lake Bellaire.
Access to the pools and hot tub is provided via a key card. Please note that amenity hours may vary.

While we won`t be present during your stay, we are always available via the app or by phone should you need any assistance or have questions. End-Unit Privacy: The condo is an end-unit, offering extra privacy and a quieter experience.
Entrance Steps: Access from the parking lot to the front entrance involves a walkway with 6-7 steps.
Laundry: A combination washer/dryer unit is available for your convenience on the first floor.
