"This is one of the best properties in the city. The bathroom was the best I saw while visiting the other shops/businesses. The staff is great; they provide a home cooked breakfast everyday and it is a spread for only one person cooking it! Your AC works great, only the room is AC. The bathroom is open air. There is no elevator and the the rooms are either on the 2nd floor or 3rd floor FYI. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Galapagos. This place offered great luxury and enhanced our stay in the islands."

"Not a normal hotel experience. There was a dedicated house cleaner. The staff was extremely helpful. The grounds were beautiful with plenty of places to have fun hanging out around the property. It was very private but so close to the most popular tour departures. Short 3 minute walk."

"I highly recommend this hotel. It is very clean and staff is very friendly. The air conditioning worked great and we were very comfortable in our rooms. The rooftop restaurant is very good and is very scenic. We had breakfast there and wished we would have had dinner there too. Good location. Highly recommend."

"I stayed in room 301 Pretty good view. 201 also has a view of the water. Breakfast was awesome every morning. Clean and close to the main avenue. The staff were excellent."

"This was our favorite place in the Galapagos Islands. The property is stunning, the decor is amazing, but what makes this place truly stand out is its staff and their hospitality. The manager Cattya is the best manager we have ever met. She personally ensures that every guest's stay is extraordinary, everyone is taken care of, and every detail is thoroughly thought through. Thank you, Cattya, for making it a 5-star experience! All we wish for is that we had more time at this wonderful place. We hope to be back and stay longer next time!"
