"We have stayed here each time we come to the Carolina Renaissance Fair. It’s convenient and fairly priced. The beds are very comfy. There are dining options right next door within easy walking distance which was very nice. My only complaint is because it’s right by 77 , there is some traffic noise occasionally, so bring a sound machine. "

"Even though they were renovating the hotel was super clean, smelled wonderful and still provided all of their amenities. The staff was very friendly and they took safety very seriously. Upon checking in the desk clerk didn’t announce my room number aloud: and they had a sign that all deliveries are to be left at the front with prevents strangers from having direct access to your room. Also when he handed my id and card back my address was on the bottom so as not to be seen. I don’t know if that was intentional or not but as a woman who typically travels and stays alone I was so grateful and I felt so safe there. This will be my new preferred hotel stay! "

"Ideally located in a little private cove with access to a dock and beach area. The house is beautifully decorated, so clean, the beds beyond comfortable and the hosts incredibly responsive and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to spend time together with our adult kids and their spouses."
