A good hotel and service should indeed do otherwise, as we are in your care. Charging 40usd for a trip that took 10mins to walk is very unfair. Also, please ensure bedsheets are clean, having dirty bedsheets isn't a good look for a hotel that should be a luxury hotel "

"I booked here because it had a gym and i like to workout after a day of traveling, only one of the treadmills worked, it was dirty and in very poor condition. The pool area does not look like the photo, it is old and in need of repair, it is surrounded by folding tables and assorted plastic chairs. No hair dryers in the rooms, i had to wash ,my hair in the sink because there was no hot water or water pressure in the shower."

I learnt about the culture, the best places to go and we could have kept talking all night! The rooms are beautiful, within walking distance to everything and kept safe by the resident dog Max.
