There was just a problem, so there was not our room’s air condition’s remote control but don’t need to use it. All staff were so kind and helpful. I wholeheartedly suggest to accommodate in the hotel. "

"Nice room. You could hear some noice from the hallway (thin doors) but it really didn't bother me that much. The breakfast was at a nearby hotel so I had to leave the premises. I had no problems with that either. Great breakfast buffet. Really friendly and service-minded staff at the Botanica Residence. Especially Milos(?) who gave me some information about the local football culture. "

"Great location and the hotel owner Vladimir was amazing he went out of his way on a few occasions to resolve problems especially my late luggage. The room was very nice and hot water for the shower."
