The hostel couldn’t find my reservation as I arrived at that time, it means (the host) told me if I have to stay I should pay another time, this is ridiculous

Disliked: Room comfort
(Un)believable
I came late at night and they did not have any available room for me. Apparently, some group of Serbian government officials called and said they are coming, so nobody else was important.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Cleanliness
I mean.. it was very cheap, so i could not expect luxury. wasn't very clean tbh. but bed sheets were clean, so it was ok. the people there were really nice and friendly. if you wan't a cheap stay, you can go there. i will most likely come again :)
Booked a private room, 1:30AM the staff open my door, wanted to add someone to my room, guess they don't understand the difference from private room to a shared room
Pros: the hostel is really clean and tidy. Everything was spotless. Location is really good too
Cons: as mentioned in other reviews, none of the washrooms have a working lock. Someone opened the door while I was taking a shower (four times). Also, even after midnight, the staff entered in the room and turned on the lights to show new guests the room (and of course, speaking very loud as no one was sleeping). It's understandable if it's during the day, but not at 1am.
Overall is a good property, but be aware.
