散々でした～

予約をしたものの事前に何も連絡が無く何もわからないまま現地へ行っても場所が分からずオーナーに電話をして約1時間ほど寒い中待たされました。一般の部屋を宿泊施設にしたシアハウスで88段の階段を登ってスーツケースを持ったので行き帰りは大変でした。夜になると真暗で怖かったです。部屋は広々としてよかったですが事前に連絡がなく宿泊証明書もこちらから言わないと対応してもらえずとても対応に疑問を感じました。英語も話せないと大変です。

Spacious, clean and well-located apartment

The host is sincerely kind, helpful and easy to talk to. The apartment is in a convenient location so that you may reach on foot numerous touristic places. It is close to Tasmajdan, one of the most beautiful parks in Belgrade, St. Marko church, Sv. Sava cathedral, the parliament, Nikola Tesla museum, pedestrian area of the city center and many other worth-seeing parts of the city. The apartment has one room and a bathroom but the room is divided in a work, rest and a kitchen area. The kitchen has all you will need to prepare yourself a meal so you may also cook at home. The place is very clean, well maintained and with new furniture. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant stay for a good price and I strongly recommend the apartment. Also, I intent to book it for my next stay as well.

Centrally located apartment with a local feeling

Let's be very clear from the start: the apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. If you can handle the climb, you will be met by a hospitable owner (Goran), a clean, central, modern apartment and plenty of Internet and other amenities. No complaints and we would glady stay there again if only the apartment were on the first floor. The only thing stopping us from giving the apartment a rating of 5 is the five flights of stairs.

Just off main blvd, close to Tesla Museum.

Very nice to have kitchen and refrigerator. Very modern and stylish fixtures. TV and WiFi worked great. Perfect for long stay. Unfortunately it's on the 4th floor, so it's inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. However, owner is very helpful.

Hidden jewel

Looking from the outside of the building, and walking up the five flights of Soviet aera stairs with dim lighting and peeling hospitol green paint, you would not expect the apartment that you see inside: modern, clean, and with a full kitchen. It was right off a main boulevard for walking around and seeing sights, and right around the corner from our destination, the Tesla museum.

Great apartment in nice location

Our host, Goran, welcomed us according to appointment upon arrival. He showed us how everything worked, and gave us some tourist brochures and other useful stuff. Nice guy! :) The apartment was clean and well kept, and was definitely worth the price! - I'll stay there next time I'm in Belgrade :)

Sijaitsee ylimmässä kerroksessa, ei hissiä, ja rappukäytävä oli välillä pimeänä. Sopisi vaikka vuokra-asunnoksi pitempäänkin käyttöön. Apartment Vivo i Belgrad - central toppenlägenhet

Underbar lägenhet nära till det mesta och med spårvagnar utanför dörren. Lugnt läge mot gården högst upp i fastigheten ligger denna nyrenoverade och designade lägenhet. Goran som är värd är väldigt mån om att du ska ha det bra. Vi kom kl 00.30 men det var inga problem.
