Try to avoid mentioned hotel.

Room service/cleaning was disaster. First two days thete were no room service and next two days service was almoast not visoble. There were no hot water two days also. Breakfast is vety poor and they did not offer all the food during the breakfast. Lobby and guys in reception are only positive thong in hotel. If I'm not wrong hotel has 4 stars...even 2 are to much.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, bad smoke smell

Friendly front desk personnel and housekeeping staff. Good breakfast. However our toilet broke (twice), our window screen didn’t come down all the way and let passing car headlights keep me up, the gym was closed because of new carpet installation and the hot water didn’t work because of a water problem on the second floor ( this was one evening/night). Otherwise the water was nice and hot. Those are unfortunate but understandable situations which were probably out of their control. However, the smoke smell throughout the hotel was unbearable thus I can not recommend this hotel if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke.

Generally rather OK. But from the point of view of EU standards, it is a rather 2/3 star hotel. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. They forgot to clean my room one time during my stay for four days...

Das Personal ist besonders bemüht und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar klein aber abwechslungsreich. Ausserdem ist es ein Nichtraucherhotel, was besonders gut gefällt. Die Anbindung und Lage ist einzigart.

Ok for the price

Amazing staff. Very polite and professional. But the hotel has some disadvantages: 1) room temp was too high even with the heating off, 2) water in the shower was not hot, 3) the ceiling lights stopped working after 1 usage, 4) hotel is next to a noisy road, 5) breakfast is too basic. I took this hotel because it was close to the client's office and within the budget. Next time I will try something else.

Very good value for money

Pros of this hotel are: New Belgrade location, large rooms (at least, the one I had), friendly staff, decent breakfast. The cons are: very noisy, since it is on a major motorway (health-wise, microparticulates are well known to be bad for people's lungs); the room I was given had some rough edges (e.g., the wall behind the bed was not quite "finished", and there was no electric outlet anywhere near the bed! the light in the bathroom was not working properly); ridiculous curtains that block no light at all (the curtains were these thin transparent layers of cloth), so you may NEED a sleeping mask.

You will not be impressed.

The only positive thing about this hotel - personnel, very friendly and trying to help. The hotel itself is a rundown half derelict dump with the walls made of paper I think. .

Incredible experience

The quality of the room and the washroom made me feel like some rich executive on vacation, which I am not. The young crew at the front desk are smiling and eager to help. One of them came to fix an issue with the water heater at 11:30 pm. The breakfast was gourmet: traditional Serbian hospitality. You are in for an incredible experience once you check in.

Disappointing

Really disappointed with this Hotel. I got a room on a second floor and the first room was with no towels and toilet flush was not working. I requested a new room and girl at the front desk was really nice and willing to help. The second room was better but all of the rooms on that side of the hotel have no windows that can be opened. It's a big glass wall window but it has no actual window or door that can be opened. Room was super hot and no AC, so it was not possible to sleep. I had to leave a hotel a day earlier and find a new hotel just because of the heat. They have a central heat for all of the rooms so the temperature in a room cannot be controlled manually.

Significant noise from dual carriageway, I would advise vizitors that they ask for a room on the side facing away fron the dual Carriageway. Poor room soundproofing. Bring ear plugs.

Pieni hotelli moottoritien varressa

Kohtuuhintainen pieni hotelli kävelymatkan päässä kongressikeskuksesta. Huoneen siisteydessä jonkin verran parannettavaa, mm. kahvikupissa edellisen asukkaan leivänmurut. Sisäänkirjautuminen nopeaa, samoin uloskirjautuminen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huoneen oven lukko vanhanaikainen ja melko hankalakäyttöinen. Vieressä moottoritie, jonka melu kuuluu melko voimakkaasti huoneeseen, joten korvatulpat olivat tarpeen. Aamiainen oli mielestäni riittävä, ei erityisen runsas mutta hintataso huomioiden riittävän monipuolinen. Hintaan nähden hyvä kokemus.
