Lady at reception was amazing. Very friendly and managed to let me book in a bit earlier to a quiet room. Breakfast left a bit to be desired. Most stuff was empty and took awhile to be filled. Not nearly hs good as other premier inns I have stayed t.

Location is good/safe, in Titanic quarters, right by the river Logan. 15 -20 mins walking distance to city centre/Cathedral quarter, 35 mins walking distance to Central Train Station which is great. Given lower scores though due to the exceedingly soft/spongy/assume worn out mattresses, which gave me and my partner back pain from sleeping on which unfortunately lasted the whole trip. Also didn't like construction noise (buildings nearby were being renovated/repaired).

Great location. I thought the room was fine & the bed was comfy. Breakfast was very good. Day time staff were friendly and helpful. When we first arrived , we asked if we needed reservations for breakfast. They asked if we had pre-paid for it. I couldn’t remember, so we offered to pay right then and there. Oh—they couldn’t take payment! Finally they checked the records and saw that we had pre-paid. So, do we need reservations? Nope…Evening staff seemed untrained. The Welcome Pkg card said call anytime for anything 24/7. Firstly, it was hard to get anyone to answer the phone. I called 4 times last evening before someone answered. Once when I called from a local tourist spot, they eventually answered “Hello?” I wasn’t sure I even had the right number at that point! I asked for more coffee pods—they gave me instant coffee. When I again asked for the pods, I was told they guessed they didn’t have anymore. Oh well! The attitude seemed to be that if they didn’t know the answer or couldn’t help, that was as good as it was going to get. The voucher they gave me for parking says “ get 100% discount”. Not true. I paid a balance both days. I can’t in good faith say that I would recommend the place.

We stayed here because we had an early flight out of George Best Airport. The Premier Inn is only 5 minutes away by taxi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a lovely room on the top floor, a Premier Plus, which was an upgrade as I booked a standard. Very much appreciated. We were disappointed when we asked for one of the featured drinks in the bar, and it wasn't available, but our meal was enjoyable. Again, the servers were very good. All in all, a great place to stay near the airport, and it's also close to Titanic Belfast.

Was a great place to be located near the Titanic Exhibit. Don't miss the Nomadic, Titanic's little sister ship, used for transporting Titanic passengers in port to the shop before she left Europe's shores. Completely restored to her former splendour. Also, take a peek into the working washrooms. Original fittings just as the 'the first class' passengers enjoyed. We all know we're all first class passengers in this lifetime, but that's an aside reminder. Lol. Enjoy reading about the history on board, and the many people who have been ferried safely by the Nomadic, including my grandfather in the first World War, and my Uncle in the second World War. I doubt they ever even knew the Nomadic was busy transporting them both, some 35 years apart.

Self check-in was pants. Had to find a human. Was put in a disabled person equipped room for some reason. Clean room apart from bloodstain on net curtain, stained duvet, which I took a pic of but accidentally deleted. And couldn't get any hot water from the sink tap. And couldn't set thermostat. Food was good and plentiful, had mixed grill but gave up searching for hp sauce, it had been a long day. Breakfast buffet was very good, but coffee machine(s) need more monitoring for availability of being ready to use. Not the cheapest premier inn I've stayed at, but overall decent enough. Just attention to detail would be beneficial

We picked this place because it was within walking distance to the Titanic museum that we wanted to visit before we got on our cruise ship. The hotel was fine and the room and the bed were comfortable. The only real complaint was the check-in and check-out process. They only have a single small desk about the size of a small podium for hotel check-in that doubles as the check in to be seated at the restaurant. If you are checking in and there is someone in front of you that is checking in at the restaurant you have to wait for them to be seated before they come back to check you in to your room. If didn't take that long for us but imagine if there were a lot of people checking in to both the hotel and the restaurant at the same time. Not a bad hotel but...

Everything was good including the room, location, and breakfast. The only complaint is due to the small lobby, check-in is not very smooth. One person handling check-in. Room wasn't ready until after 1530 after flying and having been awake over 24 hours.
