Great location
Pros: The company made sure all instructions to enter the property was understood and was well organised throughout. I had no problems entering the property. In addition they gave us leaflets in the property which recommended great activities throughout Belfast. Also the accommodation had great facilities such as hair dryer, washer and iron. To add further the accommodation was only 20 mins walk from city centre. Would recommend property. Cons: - Cleanliness of the property could be improved especially in the bedrooms. One night when I was looking for a plug near the back of the bed I noticed high amount of dust. Which could be the reason why the rooms smelt particularly musty in the evening. Also, the pillows in the living room smelt like sweat. Personally, I think the property needs all sofa cushions washing. In previous reviews they do mention an unusual smell which I must admit I could smell. However I can see the owner is conscious about this and is trying to prevent the smell by using disposable mini dehumidifiers throughout the property. Which I can appreciate. Regardless, this is clearly a damp problem which will need to be investigated. I would recommend spending money on a machine dehumidifier in between people vacating the property.

Pro's Great comms up to arrival Property clean Well kitted out in terms of kitchen utensils etc Nice touch leaving wine & crisps and supplying toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags etc really helpful Con's Front bedroom window needs repaired, road noise so loud it was like the window was open Lights required on entry to property - not sure why switch blanked off? We arrived at night and really struggled to find the lights Some bits are tired - mirror on bathroom cabinet, stair carpet, walls in places TV could do with being upgraded and the remote is awful! Invest in a way to control heating remotely so heating can be switched on before guests arrived - property was freezing on entry and took a good hour to heat up Overall we enjoyed our stay, property was a wee bit further out than we thought but we were lucky with weather and fine to walk. Eurospar 5 mins from property was well stocked but you need to walk a wee bit further to off sales if you want to purchase any alcohol. We wouldn't probably stay here again but we'd recommend it. Oh and prompt return of deposit which was good.

It is a great and homely apartment.
It was an amazing experience. Beautiful place to stay very clean and I will recommend this apartment if you think of visiting Belfast and looking for a place to stay.
