"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Absolutely Loved My Stay at Ramada Plaza! The food was amazing, with a huge selection to choose from every day. The hotel was spotless, and the lobby always smelled lovely — it made a great first impression. The reception staff were available 24/7, super helpful, and spoke English, which was a big plus. Our hotel room was cleaned daily, and for all-inclusive guests, the fridge was restocked every day — a really nice touch! All the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The Old Bazaar is only a 15-minute walk away — just follow the tram line. Super convenient for a bit of local shopping and exploring. After a dip in the pool, there’s a selection of saunas to relax in. For more experienced swimmers, you can even take a dip in the seafront right at the bottom of the property. Plus, you get great views across the sea — perfect for photos! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The only disappointment was having to leave!"

It does not offer value for the price charged. However, there are two standout elements that keep the hotel from collapsing under its own shortcomings: First, the outstanding efforts of Ms. Şerife and the Guest Relations team, whose commitment to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. Second, Tony’s captivating performances, which add a vibrant and memorable touch to the experience. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Şerife for her exceptional attention, kindness, and tireless dedication to ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. "
