"Positives: fantastic variety and quality of food. You won’t go hungry at all. Beach area is very nice. Hammam and massage were excellent.
Negatives:
Service from staff is extremely variable. Language barrier doesn’t help (most don’t speak English ).
Facilities very tired and not updated - tennis/table tennis rackets and balls unusable. Gym very dated with old/broken machines . Indoor pool very cold in April (though advertised as heated). Door to sauna broken. Cheap coffee and alcohol.
