"Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢

"Really good holiday with kids. Staff very helpful. Guest services extremely helpful when helping arrange a surprise for my wife’s birthday. Would highly recommend this hotel. Food was good too and had plenty of choices for the whole family. "
