"We stayed here during a recent trip to Grand Rapids and unfortunately left disappointed. The property had several issues with cleanliness — there was an unpleasant smell, the floor vents and spaces under furniture were dirty, and dust had built up behind the drapes. Towels were scarce, there were no mattress covers, and the kitchen had a random hodge-podge of items that made cooking difficult. "We enjoyed a few days of extended family vacation. It was great to have three bedrooms, a nicely equipped kitchen and a deck with a grill that we used almost every day. Beds were comfortable and the wifi worked without a hitch, specially as one of us were doing some remote work. Washer and dryer were a plus. Our daughter enjoyed kayaking. The lake is more to enjoy with toys than swimming, but it was ok to cool off. Sunsets are amazing! "

Sheraton Grand Rapids Airport Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Great hotel with a wonderful indoor/outdoor pool area. I was disappointed the Tiki Bar was only open on the weekends as we stayed during the week and left Saturday morning. The landscaping was not great, plants were dead and in need of replacement. The bathroom inside the pool area didn't close properly and wouldnt lock. The balcony attached to our room had beer caps left so it wasnt checked or cleaned before our stay. All in all it was a nice hotel and the location was convenient and close to shopping/restaurants. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and pleasant. "
