"The lady Dariya was not pleasant at all. In fact rude at times. I had many runnings with her first of all. They gave me a room so small that I couldn’t swing a cat in it. Secondly, I asked for the room to be cleaned. Nobody bothered to come thirdly upon my departure I asked for a late checkout which should’ve been complimentary which wasn’t I had to pay half the money and then she kept calling me and calling me on the phone in the room while I was getting ready to leave it was quite annoying....

Imperial Palace Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was perfect the comfy mattress, quiet neighborhood yet in the close proximity to Troickoe and riverwalk. Many restaurants with a choice of cuisine in the walking proximity."
"My room was very spacious, clean, and well-lit, with an attractive, modern aesthetic and comfortable furniture. As a traveller who occasionally needs to do some computer-based work, I also appreciated the amount of table and counter space available, while the free minibar was a big plus (I've never stayed in a hotel that offered so many complimentary drinks before!). Lastly, I really valued the airport shuttle service, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The little signs indicating which products were domestically grown was a nice touch!"
"It was a nice stay overall. Hotel location is perfect for all tourist activities. The city center is clean, walkable, full of sightseeing spots, restaurants, and stores.
The room was spacious and had a lot of light. TV had access to YouTube which is convenient.
We really appreciate the front desk team, that helped us organize the smooth arrival and welcomed us at the property.
The only hiccup was the food - we ordered late lunch and the dishes weren’t very fresh. Well, I’m sure it was merely a misunderstanding.
Thank you for the pleasant stay! "
"The hotel building did look monastic and looked great for it. Location close to historic places and a wide range of restaurants and bars to choose from. Room very comfortable, staff very helpful. Nice easy breakfast."
