"This cottage so close to the sea, was really a pearl. We woke up to the sound from the waves. The morning coffee we enjoyed on one of the two terraces looking at the picturesque view . "Nicer than the pictures—we only got to stay one night, but we would return when we travel through Bergen again. A plus that it had an elevator instead of having to get our luggage up the stairs. We cooked in the kitchen and found that we had what we needed to get the meals together. We also were able to do a load of laundry, a plus. "The views were absolutely stunning, and the sauna and fire pit were wonderful highlights of our stay. However, a few notable details: the hot tub water was unfortunately green, and certain finishings, including the glass balcony, moldings, and pool table, were not built with high quality. Also, as a few other guests noted, the neighboring guests were quite noisy playing loud music late into the evening. While we enjoyed the overall experience, these specific maintenance and quality issues detracted from our stay."
