Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 120 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: 2 living rooms each 35 sqm and with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 15 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 5 sunloungers and parasol. 2 kitchens each in the eat-in kitchen 10 sqm and with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. 2 bathrooms each 9 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 18 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 35 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. You have access to the balcony.

Békésszentandrás. The holiday home is located on a 720 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. For bookings of fewer than 4 nights, we charge a cleaning fee. Parking on the property.
