This was not suitable for us at all and so I asked them to cancel our booking and send a refund, needing to book alternative accommodation last minute for more money. I have waited a week and still no refund despite asking numerous times and keep being put off. Stay well away."

Because of that, I see potential problem for renting during cold months.
