Ich war überwältigt als die Tür vom Herrenhaus sich erstmals für mich öffnete und blieb es bis zur Abreise. So viel Liebe und Detailverliebtheit haben mein Urlaubsherz sehr hoch schlagen lassen.Ich empfehle seit Tagen in den höchsten Tönen und versichere, dass im Herrenhaus zu Viecheln echte Entschleunigung eintreffen kann.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus Viecheln sehr genossen. Die Lage ist toll – man erreicht alles schnell im Umfeld, und dennoch liegt das Haus ruhig und idyllisch inmitten von Natur, Garten und sogar Schafen.
Das Herrenhaus selbst ist wunderschön und individuell eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Besonders die öffentlichen Räume sind großartig dekoriert und strahlen eine besondere Atmosphäre aus. Unsere Küche war top ausgestattet, auch wenn es keinen Geschirrspüler gab – was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Einen Fernseher gibt es ebenfalls nicht, was wir als großen Pluspunkt empfunden haben, da es abends herrlich ruhig ist.
Ein großes Dankeschön an die freundlichen Betreiber Til und Kevin, die so viel Herzblut in das Haus stecken, und an Hausdame Uschi, die uns sehr nett empfangen hat.
Ein paar praktische Hinweise:
• In unserem Appartement „Wilhelm“ gab es keine Badablage und außer einem Fön keine weiteren Amenities wie Duschgel etc. (nur Handseife). Für uns kein Problem, da wir immer alles dabeihaben. Wer empfindlich ist, bringt am besten Waschlappen und eine Tissue-Box mit.
• Das heiße Wasser kommt sehr heiß (fast kochend) aus der Leitung. Ein kleiner Hinweis im Bad wäre hier sicher hilfreich.
• Nachts gibt es nur kaltes Wasser ab etwa Mitternacht – das sollte man eventuell einplanen.
• Es gibt nur Treppen (kein Aufzug) – aber das ist bei einem historischen Herrenhaus völlig verständlich.
• Nachts unbedingt das Licht ausmachen, wenn die Fenster offen sind

Eine Reise durch die Zeit
Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Herrenhaus, wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt trotz schlechtem Wetter sehr genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert wenn man eine Auszeit vom Alltagstrubel braucht- Ruhe pur im anliegenden Park und in den öffentlichen Räumen viel zu erkunden.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und konnten ausführlich über die Geschichte des Objektes berichten.
Die Städte in der Umgebung, sowie die Ostsee sind durch die A20 schnell erreichbar. Absolut Empfehlenswert
