Other Things to Note:
**This Fabulous Cabin has undergone an extensive renovation maintaining its original character while bringing it to life mixing rustic with modern luxury elements making it feel comfy and cozy!
**Glass has been replaced in almost every window, however, the windows themselves have not been replaced - Please DO NOT Open Any of the Windows in the Cabin!!!
**Since we are in the country>>>>>>>You may see a few bugs or critters!! **We have the house sprayed regularly inside and outside and also leave bug spray available for your personal use.
**We have High Speed Internet and most cell service picks up on the Hill.
**You may hear Coyote at night - this doesn't mean they are at our back door but to also be cautious as you are in the middle of 21 acres.

We follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with no expert advice.

Please Note:
Some or all amenities may not be available in the event of a power outage due to circumstances beyond our control. While we will report outages to the appropriate local companies, we are not able to refund stays due to temporary outages.

House Rules:
**No Smoking in the House - designated area outside- please be mindful of putting out and disposing cigarettes properly.
**NO Pets or Animals at this time.
**Maximum Guests 12
***MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK: 25Years Old!***
**Guest must sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking; host will send via email with confirmed bookings.
**Guests will be charged a minimum $500 fee for any smoke or vape smell/inside the house.
** Guests will be charged a minimum $500 fee for any animal brought into the house.
