"Our stay at JAZ Lamaya was absolutely wonderful. The grounds are very well maintained, with beautiful greenery all around. The staff are extremely friendly and always make sure that you and your family are enjoying your vacation. The variety and quality of the food are what truly distinguish this hotel. None of us experienced any stomach issues during our stay, which is a great plus. The Wi-Fi connection is good throughout the resort, even on the beach. A big thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable. Thank you all for making our vacation such a memorable one. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again!"

"Overall, this is a good, quiet small resort to stay at for the enjoyment of really great snorkeling. I don’t think there’s a better place on this whole coast. The rooms were comfortable and clean (Although I didn’t have to ask for a room change and it was taken care of without a problem). Beds are comfortable, linen is good. Air conditioning and Showers work very well. The room is pleasantly furnished. The resort is a bit rough around the edges, And could use some upkeep but it’s not expensive and the food provided is adequate although it could be improved. The management is very pleasant. The owner is a very engaging person. They arranged for my departure to the airport, no problem at a very reasonable cost. It’s a desolate area and there’s nothing there except the resort. The reef has some nice pockets in it, Not just linear with a fairly shallow sandy bottom, making it more enjoyable. Variety of sea life is good. Sea temperature late April is a bit chilly -a wetsuit or second skin would be advisable. Take mosquito repellent for the evening."

"It'not a huge hotel. Rooms are clean. There isn’t a very large selection of dishes, which is actually a good thing. You can always choose between chicken, beef, or fish, with a couple of options for each. There’s also a selection of cold appetizers and desserts. The food is prepared quite carefully, and everything tastes delicious. Coffee is not disapointing as well. The staff are not intrusive. The hotel is situated close to the airport but there is no noise pollution. There were some entertainments, but I managed not to face them, which, I guess, is also a plus. "

Big thanks to all the staff who made our stay comfortable and special thanks to reception team for the express check in, and to Mr. Shehab who did his best to accommodate us in our preferred room."

"Really amazing hotel! I would recommend this 100% if you’re looking to stay in a hotel that offers great food, great entertainment and overall a great experience. They had things that stood out to us like gluten free bread!!! It’s not a common thing to have in Egypt so this was great to see. They also catered for lactose intolerance. They had a thing you scan where it has all the info you need instead of the typical paper print hotels usually give out. The food was good and with a lot of varieties and uniqueness. The view of the sea was amazing although the beach isn’t the best but that’s common in many hotels in Egypt. The rooms were clean and modern. The pools were clean too! They had an adult area with tons of fun games by the pool which was very unique The only negative thing was I wish they served actually Pepsi/cola and not the fake one they serve because it tasted bad. I also wish they had more mocktail options in the pool bars to enjoy! "
