"Our stay at the Forza Mare Hotel on the Bay of Kotor was exceptional. This lovely boutique hotel offers personalized service that is difficult to find. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. The setting is breathtaking. Located directly on the waterfront in Dobrota, the hotel enjoys stunning views across the Bay of Kotor, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds while still being only a short drive from Kotor’s Old Town. They have bikes available for a short ride into town. The private waterfront area was ideal for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the incredible scenery. Our room was beautifully appointed, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel’s boutique character is evident, with our room offering a unique style and charm. Housekeeping was excellent, and every detail reflected the standards of a true luxury property. Breakfast each morning was outstanding, featuring fresh local ingredients and made-to-order items. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant and were impressed by the menu and wine list. What truly sets Forza Mare apart is its atmosphere. With only a small number of rooms, it feels more like a private waterfront residence than a hotel. If you’re looking for a sophisticated, romantic, and relaxing base from which to explore Montenegro and the Bay of Kotor, Forza Mare is an easy five-star recommendation. We would return without hesitation."

"Wunderschöner Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Bucht von Kotor. Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin war sehr freundlich. Diese Aussicht muss jedoch mit ca 130 Stufen vom Parkplatz aus täglich "erarbeitet" werden, was bei der Buchung zu berücksichtigen ist.Leider war bei uns die auf den Bildern zu sehende Überdachung des Balkons nicht mehr vorhanden sondern nur noch ein mehr oder weniger guter Sonnenschirm. Deshalb war es teilweise - aufgrund der Sonneneinstrahlung - schwierig im Schatten zu sitzen.Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, jedoch lieblos eingerichtet und sollte mal wieder gründlich geputzt werden. Vor allem die Dusche und auch die Küchengeräte.Die Waschmaschine haben wir nicht benutzt, da auch diese nicht einladen aussah.Auch die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen und könnten mal ausgetauscht werden.Aber der Ausblick vom Balkon, auf dem man sich ja bei so einem mega Ausblick hauptsächlich aufhält, entschädigt einziges."

"Our stay in Perast was lovely! Couple of tips, during the day cars can't enter Perast and our taxi driver from the airport suggested we needed to walk to the apartments from the main road (from the first gate), but the apartment is literally the other side of Perast! We didn't know any better so we ended up lugging our suitcases all the way through the town when the taxi could have dropped us off at the car park in the apartment!! Make sure to insist that they drop you off at the apartment at the far gate into Perast. Also, we can't recommend the Comfort Studio Sea View unfortunately, it's the first apartment off the road and much too loud with traffic. If you're a heavy sleeper and not bothered then fine, but we had to request to move. The staff were very responsive, kind and helpful, and were able to move us to the Studio Ground Floor which was much nicer and away from the road. We were much happier in this room, and our friends room above us was lovely too. Location is fine, it's at the far end of Perast but only a few steps down to the front and a short walk along the front to restaurants and shop etc."
