"I stayed here some years ago and was very impressed, however it is very tired and dated now, they are doing some renovations in some areas. Definitely not worth the money at the moment."

"Usually stay here, rooms are nice with the odd fault from time to time. Would be nice if they had bottles of water in the room. The thing that annoys me, and I think I've finally had it, is the gym times. Get in from a days work, just want to do an hour or two. Closes at 8, last admission at 7, and they chuck you out by 7.40. So realistically I get 40 minutes at best, and that's just pointless, especially when comparing to other hotels when they close at 10 or have 24 hour unattended."

No offer to assist elderly customers, ( Blue Badge holder), with luggage in poor weather. Small and cramped accommodation. Velux-style skylight in sloping roof with no other windows or view out."
