Days Inn and Suites by Wyndham Downtown Missoula-University
8/10 Good
"Sandra, the night shift attendant was lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and mostly nice. There were two switches in the bathroom that did not work, but the light did. There was no hand soap, so I just used the shower gel because I was too lazy to go down and asked for some. Overall, it was a nice place, and in a convenient location to Missoula. Nice trails around as well thank you!"
"My favorite hotel in Montana, hands down. Every stay at The Wren feels like a mini vacation.
The staff are consistently kind, welcoming, and go the extra mile in a way that feels genuine rather than scripted. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with a perfect layout, and the attention to detail really shows—from the high-quality amenities and lovely lotions and potions to the comfy robe and soft cotton sheets on an incredibly comfortable bed.
There’s a fantastic coffee shop downstairs that makes mornings easy and enjoyable, plus access to a nearby gym that’s well-equipped and convenient. I also love the smoothie and açaí bar—such a great touch.
The downtown location couldn’t be better—everything is within walking distance, making it easy to settle in and enjoy Missoula.
I always look forward to coming back."
"I wouldnt know anything about this property as there was noone present at the front desk when I arrived at the front desk. I waited for 15 minutes in the lobby and no one showed up. I called numerous times and rang the bell and could not get anyone's attention. "
"We have previously liked staying here with our dog. However we were disappointed to see “upgrades” that had paved over the grassy areas off of the first floor rooms. Access to the river is precarious with no safe path, so walking our dog has now become somewhat inconvenient. Not having a microwave in the room nor a freezer section in the room fridge was also inconvenient. Other than that, it is quiet, clean, and close to downtown."
Explore the great outdoors at Pattee Canyon Picnic Area, a lovely green space in Missoula. Amble around this family-friendly area's riverfront and enjoy its top-notch restaurants.
