This place was perfect for our extended family gathering over Thanksgiving weekend. We had 12 adults and 7 kids (ages 1 month - 8 years). We had ample sleeping rooms for all of us, and the large dining area easily accommodated our crew. The living room with three large couches (we swiveled one from the fire place room around to the LR) was also a really nice gathering space. We used the game room lots. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared and served a large dinner for the holiday.
We enjoyed our stay with extended family here. The kitchen was very well stocked and had most things we needed. Having everything all on one level was an added bonus for our 80 year old parents. The host was very friendly and communicative. Thanks again for everything!

Good long weekend in a nice, private place.
Our stay went well. The house was well-appointed, with plenty of room, and the extra tables in the kitchen were useful. We only had 10 in our group, so that guaranteed that everyone had their own bed, most of us had our own rooms, and the sharing of bathroom facilities was easy. This place is truly meant for quite large groups. This is also perhaps the oddest house I've ever stayed in. The layout was baffling, and it took several walkthroughs to figure out without getting lost. Adding a layout map to the house book would be helpful. The mattresses appear to be some kind of foam. It didn't feel like memory foam to me, but I could be wrong. I found my bed comfortable, but some of the other guests didn't agree. Your mileage may vary. There is a parking limit on-site of six cars, but they do have overflow parking, just off the main road. Still, this may make things slightly less convenient. We did not have any major issues with the facilities over the course of our stay. The only thing we ever had to contact the host for was the propane fire pit on the back deck, because the tank was empty. She responded promptly and got us a full tank. One problem doesn't actually have anything to do with the house, but with the access road. It intersects with the main road just after a short rise, reducing visibility. This makes any turns nerve-wracking. The state should look into better safety measures. Now, on to the not-so-great of the house. The floors were filthy. Socks were turning brown, and slippers were sticking. I found a steam mop in one of the closets and went over the floors in the common area and the halls, and the head was dark brown before I was done with the kitchen. There was also loose flooring in one of the bathrooms which needs to be attended to. The cleanliness issues extend to the back deck. The patio furniture doesn't appear to have been cleaned in a while, and the part of the deck that was not covered needs to be power-washed.A few "would be nice" items - the common area television is a nice, large unit, but the built-in speakers are worthless. This could be seriously improved with the addition of even a basic soundbar. The internet speed was adequate, but not impressive. Also, they could use a more robust Wi-Fi solution. Connectivity was a little weak in some spots. Overall, while the house fulfilled our needs, and we enjoyed our stay, it feels priced a bit high for what we ended up getting.
The game room was great and everything felt like home

Amazing for our family!
This house was absolutely perfect for us. It was beautiful, spacious, single level, and we absolutely loved it. I know this review is so late, but thank you!!
The property is as describe! Tastefully decorated, clean and well stocked with everything! Plenty of room for everyone. It is in a quiet area and only a 40 minute drive to Pittsburgh and 2 hours from the Flight 93 Memorial (with a lot to do in between). Had great communication with owner. My family had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again if in the area.
We had everything we needed to cook for our whole family for the 5 days! Even more than one crock pot!! The rooms were all clean and arranged according to beds nicely, which suited our adult children and spouses. Highchair and portacrib for the baby! The fridge/freeze was large enough to hold all of our food and plenty of cabinet space. The attendant answering our questions was super! She even had fresh eggs for us to buy and she had them ready for us in our fridge! We had a lovely family reunion!!!!
We had a large group working an event to raise funds for our non-profit. This home left us with no complaints. We felt the home was as advertised. The check out instructions were clear and easy. Thank you.
This house is updated and fully equipped. The large size kitchen was ideal for our reunion needs. We found some hidden gems in Beaver. The famous donut shop and a meat store with great steaks and fresh milk a block away! Very reasonably priced.
Stephanie was incredible to work with. This home was a great layout for our 2 big families. It was comfortable, clean and the scriptures on the wall were lovely decor (and a great reminder of hope and peace). Thank you Stephanie.

Amazing stay in Beaver Falls
First and foremost the owners of this property are 10/10! They were able to accommodate our family and our special needs without hesitation. The house is PERFECT for large groups! We had 3 families and a nanny including 7 children and we still had extra beds to spare! Our children loved the extra sitting room and game room, with all the fun family games, an air hockey table and pop a shot!
The home is very clean with lots of seating in the kitchen and family room areas. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need while visiting. Plenty towels, soaps, and linens to get you through your stay as well. They even have a great washer/ dryer area. One of the best parts of the home for us was it is 100% handicap accessible so we could have our Dad with us!
Over all we had a great stay and a lot of fun at this Beaver Falls home. We will definitely be booking this home again in the near future!
