Beautiful Country & Ranch setting with room to relax

Enjoy the scenic Emmett bench with wildlife, cattle & horses grazing nearby. This apartment is attached to the far side & top of our garage where you'll enjoy a shared yard with your own patio. It's just a short drive to Black Canyon Reservoir. 10 min easy drive to Emmett main street. With approval, we have parking for boats, trailers etc. We are a working ranch/farm so we have animals and equipment that you might hear & see during your stay. Self-check in with keypad.

Super clean. Had everything we needed. Wish we had more time to stay longer and explore the property a bit. Great communication with Joyce when I had questions. Sheets and blankets smelled so good! The whole experience exceeded our expectations.

Our stay at the farmhouse…

Our stay was restful, peaceful and quiet…just like we like it. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely stay there again when we hit the Halloween Classic at Firebird Raceway, next year. I’d highly recommend this property!

Lovely property, beautiful location

Loved this property! The layout was perfect for me and my 3 kids. The host was communicative, check in was easy, and it was stocked with everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the foosball table and the playset outside. The country setting is very picturesque, with a shaded drive to the property and horses outside in the adjacent field in the morning.

Cozy home

We absolutely loved the view and the owners very polite and helpful. This place is so clean and every time we where leaving an owl would follow us in the trees down the drive it was really cool and my sons enjoyed the foosball table and my youngest played on the swing set . We loved watching the Horses and it was just a very beautiful clean place to stay pretty roomy also very nice. Definitely would love to go back again.

Lovely Farm

Wow thank you so much for our stay here. Joyce and Arnie are so kind. We brought our three kiddos and they had a blast. Small and quiet farm out of the town. Absolutely beautiful.

Delightfully peaceful

We found the place easily, it was comfortable and clean, had a nice kitchen with good pots/pans and other kitchen tools, lovely yard, and our kids loved the foozball table! The property was peaceful but had WiFi too. I enjoyed speaking with Joyce and her husband and we look forward to coming back!

Excellent stay!

My mother-in-law and I recently stayed 2 nights at this rural Emmett farmhouse apartment. We found our stay to be excellent! It was very clean, had everything we needed and more! Beautiful yard and patio. Our hosts have thought of everything you may need for your stay. They were friendly and we loved their dogs. Especially Cooper! We will definitely be returning.

Country rest!

So peaceful and quiet! Expanse of lawn and trees set in the quiet countryside! Only local TV if you're looking for news channels. All the basics available to begin your meals. We'll be back!

Peace and serenity

This out of the way spot was a perfect location for our family which included grandparents. The location was beautiful and quiet. Accommodations were very clean, pleasant, and comfortable. Beds and couches were very good for travel weary backs. Great place to take an after dinner stroll and visit with the animals. The hosts we exceptional!! Wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely visit again. Thank you!!!

Bissell farmhouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this most beautiful horse property. It was immaculately clean very comfortable and cosy. So grateful for people like joyce and arnie offering a safe, beautiful space to relax. My daughter and i traveled to Boise from sfo to tour a property for sale and our offer was accepted. Love Idaho living!

Perfect stay

Very enjoyable stay. House was equipped with everything needed. Decorating was done with care creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The code for the door was actually the last four digits of my phone number. I loved being on a ranch/farm. Cooper (one of their dogs) came to greet me several times.

Beautiful country home

This place is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Working farm with good ole country people as your neighbors. The beds are comfortable (not easy to find) I think people that like firm and soft beds will be happy. The kitchen is well stocked, with spices and kitchen utensils for all your cooking needs. Nothing beats sitting on the back patio.

Bissel Creek Farm

Our stay at Bissel Creek Farm was relaxing and enjoyable. Joyce checked on us to make sure we accessed the property without difficulty, even though it was late when we arrived. We saw two of the family's cute and friendly dogs,but were left to our own devices. The beds are comfortable and the place is homey and welcoming. It is evident that Joyce and her family take great pride in keeping a clean property. Highly recommend!

Slice of country paradise

My toddler and I absolutely adored our stay at the farm! Joyce and Arnie are an absolute treasure, and made our stay so perfect. My kid is obsessed with animals and loved watching the cows and horses from the yard. She also got to meet the kitten and dogs. Arnie showed her the chickens too! Throw in that perfect playset outside and she would've stayed forever if we could have. We were given fresh tomatoes, corn and eggs too! The apartment itself was well equipped with great spaces for us and comfy beds. We appreciated the good selection of movies and coloring for my kid as well. Internet was great for me as I was working while there too. You could not ask for a more peaceful, picturesque place while still being close to a grocery etc. We really felt like we were taken care of as if we were family and hope we get to come back sometime soon!
