Ease of access to I-26, I-95, and Hwy 301. Santee, SC is 15 minutes away with golfing, Lake Marion, and a small water park. Central to Columbia, Charleston, Florence, and Savannah, GA. It was ok

Location was a stopover for our trip to Hilton Head. Fortunately I got in house before my wife did to scoop up the dead bugs on kitchen floor.House is dated but doable for a sleepover.
