"The house is located rural, next to a unpaved road en a small stream. It is not luxury but wel equipped and comfortable. It offer a lot value for money. Due to the trees it is relatively cool on hot summer days. In Lormes , which has a nice atmosphere, there are supermarket, several good shops for food and some cafe’s. The surrounding is suited for some shorter day trips and for walking. For cooling down on hot days there is a small lake at a 15 minutes walk from the house"

"There were a number of broken items at the property, outdoor chairs, sun bed, table, glass porch area. Both showers drained very poorly- one was incredibly blocked & we had to clean this out. The strict rules for the property- all breakages would be 30 Euros, felt unfair due to the already damaged furniture in arrival. We certainly left the house in a cleaner state than when we arrived too. The house itself was a large beautiful property, just needed a bit of TLC"

The owner made many thoughtful changes when they renovated the house - lights that turn on and off automatically , well appointed and stocked kitchen , comfortable bedding , clean bathrooms , great shower pressure and plumbing , excellent doors and windows - the list goes on and on . "We stayed for 5 nights to recuperate on our European tour. Amazing traditional property with lots of space for 5 children, and outside space for dining with use of the BBQ. We loved the outside space and pool to cool off - so much space. Relaxing, calm and tranquil. Fabien was on site if we needed anything. It felt very much like home for us with the animals and greeted by the dog when we came home each day."
