Wonderful home and beautiful property. All rooms are vary spacious and have everything you would need. Property has a very private feel to it. Wouldl definitely recommend this property!
My wife’s dad lived on Lady’s Island for almost 30 years before moving back to WV so Beaufort has been our second home for a while. We try to get back there at least once a year. This time we stayed at your beautiful farmhouse right on the marsh. What a nice location. The photos in the listing don’t do the house justice. The house was much bigger than we expected by looking at the pictures. Everything we needed was there and the beach pass was definitely appreciated. There are some nice bikes in the greenhouse that we rode every day. We had a great time and the house felt like home as soon as we walked in.
We so enjoyed our time at this property! Gorgeous house with beautiful views. Great location. Just what we were looking for!
Downsides: cleaning lady was there until 5:15PM when we were told we could check in at 4PM. No wash cloths were provided in order to wash dishes. No garbage bags provided.
My best friends and I just returned from a brief visit to Beaufort. Owner responded quickly to inquiries prior to check in. This house was perfect for us. Check in was super easy. I frequently rent VRBO & I inevitably have to clean upon arrival. This house was spotless - we wondered if we were the first renters in 2024. For one of the hottest weekends so far in SC (we are natives) the AC held out well. While downtown is not walkable the location was good for us & Food Lion was nearby. Cons: it's an old farmhouse that shows some wear. The water pressure & hot water in the kitchen weren't great, and one of us took a cold shower on the last day. Some of the electrical things are odd: no overhead lights in bedrooms (sure that's a wiring choice), outlet in kitchen is a too close to the sink, wires sticking out of the floor in master. None of the cons bothered us enough to call the property manager. Despite the cons I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for a great visit! See you next year.
This old S.C. farmhouse is gloriously perfect in its imperfection. If you like old houses, you'll know what I'm talking about. Close to everything you need, far from everything you don't. The grounds are as perfectly imperfect as the house. Views and wildlife are wonderful. Only negative is the earth shaking jet traffic, while not constant, or even daily, it is there. That said, I would never want to leave this place, and wish I was there right now.
The house was better than the pictures conveyed! The hosts were great and very easy to work with. It was in a great location and spending time in the backyard was perfect. In short, we had a great time, the house had all the necessary amenities, very clean and nicely situated to access Beaufort. I would absolutely stay again.
This spot is amazing! Cute, cozy, very well decorated, roomy house on the marsh. Being able to bike to restaurants and parks was wonderful. A little slice of SC heaven. Communication was quick, precise and friendly. 5-star cleanliness.
Myself and two other friends stayed for a girls getaway, and we had fun! The property is immaculate, rooms are very well appointed, house is spacious, bedrooms are large and the backyard is a private serene spot.
The town is very close with fantastic shopping, great food and cocktail options, we would definitely return!

The listing does not do the waterfront farmhouse justice. The home was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The rooms were much more spacious than the pictures show. The location was great, as well. Close enough to Beaufort while maintaining a sense of privacy. And the sunset view was breathtaking. We have already discussed staying at the waterfront farmhouse during our next stay.
There aren’t enough adjectives to describe this place. The location is absolutely gorgeous and so convenient. The decor is so fitting for an old farmhouse. The owners have thought of every convenience. My 3 “girl” group did everything on the sun porch! Had coffee down by the marsh with a lovely breeze. Will definitely be back. 10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
High Summer Getaway, With Elderly Parents: Fantastic!
What a great time we had; how lucky we felt to be at the Tide Creek Farm and wake up every day with that garden and that nature. There was so much to experience and such an environment to relax in. We found ours, you'll find yours, but I would say this: I was there with my fiance and parents (both in their 80s) for a week in early August. The house is easy to find and to check in to, parking is off the street, and my parents, active but frail and not terribly mobile, were able to enjoy the whole stay thoroughly -- facilities, bed, lights, getting around the house. It's easy to unwind at the astounding house looking out at the salt marsh (while protected against mossies) from the porch -- and it's also easy access to all the singular culture and rich things Beaufort and surroundings have to offer. That means great dining, beaches, deep history and beautiful nature.Dining either in the dining room or on the porch makes for a fine convivial time. The house feels like it fits into a relaxed neighborhood and we felt like we fit in. Would definitely go back.
This spot was beautiful! The house was large and has everything needed for a long weekend stay. The back porch has a lovely view of the marsh and is a great spot to hang out. Everything was perfect.
This house is a great spot for relaxation with the family. All rooms are spacious. The house is well equipped and very clean. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. The historic section of Beaufort is not walking distance, but it is still close and there is plenty nearby the house, including a grocery store that is less than half a mile. Great value and a great spot.
We loved our stay at tidal creek farm. The home is beautifully done and even larger in person. The view from the back porch are just stunning. Very relaxing and close to everything.
Once Vrbo stopped blocking mine and the owner's contact information, everything went very well. It has a lovely view of the marsh and the remodeled farm house made me feel like I was back in time. The owner did a great remodeling job. It still has the original doors and doorknobs inside. A great place to vacation. Within 5 minutes of historic Beaufort.
Beautiful home with lots of privacy and wonderful space. Not far from Beaufort and easy to access. Home is clean and well-kept. Great for spending time with family amd for seeing the area!!
This house is stunning! The pictures don’t do it justice. There are older decorations touches like crystal doorknobs that made it feel really special and unique. Original hardwood flooring. And oh yeah, one AMAZING view! Furniture was very comfortable, especially the bed sized porch swing in an enclosed porch. Parts of the surrounding neighborhood were run down so we were a little apprehensive pulling in, but you could instantly tell they breathed life back into this special house!
