    We are pet friendly....how great that pets on leash are allowed on Fripp beaches year round. We also offer complimentary wifi and high speed internet service, large TV's in all 3 bedrooms, as well as living area. Views of the ocean are from two porches of the home-with comfortable furniture to enjoy the viewing of either the ocean or marsh. The first floor porch off of the living area is screened for a wonderful experience anytime of year. A charcoal grill is available for delightful outdoor cooking. The Misty Breeze house has everything you will need for a super vacation, just bring your clothes and food. Everything else will be at your fingertips!

    The Misty Breeze House is in the perfect location- a very short walk to the Cabana Club which offers 3 pools, bar, cafe, and hair salon with spa. Families prefer this location due to the multiple activities within walking distance. Camp Fripp, which offers special arts / crafts and outdoor activities for the kids and Skull Inlet Pier, perfect for fishing or catching your crab for dinner! Ocean Creek Golf Club is within 5 minutes and Ocean Point Golf Club is just 10 minutes. The wildlife views are spectacular. Deer visit the backyard of the home most mornings/evenings and can be found all over the island mingling with the visitors. Beaches are just a short distance away, load up the golf cart with chairs, and you're off to the beach.

What a lovely property in a great location on Fripp! Close to the family pools is ideal if you have kids. Quiet and gorgeous views from porches. Extremely clean and well appointed home. Easy and clear communication from owner. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and are looking forward to another trip down to the island at the Misty Breeze!

One of our favorite stays!

Out of all of our years visiting Fripp, staying at the Misty Breeze was one of our favorites! The house was spacious, comfortable, and had breathtaking views from both porches. The house was clean and provided plenty of things needed with dish pods, soap, trash bags, etc. Would highly recommend for any family.

Great Spring Trip

We enjoyed staying at the Misty Breeze! The layout was perfect for our family of 4, though it could’ve definitely accommodated a larger party. We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views off the back porch are unmatched!

We have stayed on Fripp Island 8 times over the years, and this location had the best view by far- The view from the top porch where you can see the Atlantic and the Marsh can not be beat. Property was in very good condition and great communication with Donna. We will stay here again.

Phenomenal location and view. We would absolutely stay here again if the dates were available next year. I think the downstairs area and steps could use a more thorough cleaning (carpet on steps, under chairs and tables), but otherwise a great stay for us! Donna was very helpful for us too.

Great property

House was in a great location away from the busiest part of the island. Our favorite activity was sitting on the screened porch watching the fish jump and the cranes hunt- we even got to see an eagle and a dolphin! Only drawback was ocean view was a bit limited by the neighbor's bushes. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay. The view was very nice unfortunately the bushes next door blocked the view. Not very considerate of the neighbors. We enjoyed the upstairs view but furniture on that deck needs an upgrade. Everything else was great.

Loved the Misty Breeze

Highly recommend! We loved the location and the views - really enjoyed sitting on the decks. Very close to Cabana Club and pools. We also spent a lot of time sitting and playing games in the sandy back yard.Property was immaculate and walls were freshly painted. The home was very well stocked with more cooking utensils and supplies than the rental properties and timeshares we've traveled to in the past. Great communication and quick response time from host Donna.Only drawback is that we were traveling with 8 adults and two dogs so we had 2 people sleeping on couch in living room which was not ideal. Otherwise, truly enjoyed the property and will return!

Perfect Location!

We very much LOVED our stay at Misty Breeze! We are a first time Fripp family and this was the perfect location. The house sits on a little inlet, but you’re still close enough to the beach so you can hear the waves. But we got to see more wildlife! The house is 6 down from the main pools which is nice when you have younger kids. Donna went above and beyond for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Our family ranged from 17 months to 60s plus our dog and it was perfect for all! I will definitely be staying here again.

Best place I’ve stayed on Fripp

I go to Fripp just about every year and I’ve stayed in a lot of different places on the island. This one was by far the cleanest and worked perfectly for our group of 4 adults. The views were gorgeous and it’s steps from the Cabana Club. Still easy to get to the less busy part of the beach, and you even have your own private little “beach” with a water view. We had fun watching dolphins and people fishing from the porches and the house had everything we needed. We had an issue where the instruction/welcome packet was missing upon arrival and the host was very responsive quickly. Be aware that parking is limited, especially if you have more than 1 vehicle plus a golf cart. We’ll definitely be coming back here. Thanks Donna!

Misty Breeze

Donna was excellent with communication leading up to our trip. She answered every question that we had (and that was a lot). Her house, the Misty Breeze, was absolutely beautiful and in a great location! We had a small delay with the check-in process and was not given information until after check-in time. My husband and I arrived in Beaufort around 3:00 but had to walk around and kill quite a bit of time because we didn't have information needed to get on the island or the house. This wouldn't have been such a big deal to us if it wasn't our first time and we were more familiar with Fripp. We were not able to get the golf cart that night because the shop was already closed by the time we arrived. However, accidents happen, and that small hiccup did not ruin the trip for us! We LOVED the Misty Breeze and plan to return. Thank you, Donna for sharing your home on the water!
