Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Terrible trip but trying not to ruin our time.

This boathouse wasn't ready for us. When we got there at 3pm, AC did not work and a mechanic guy just showed up to fix it and dirty dishes were in the sink. When you flush the toilet, you can smelled the entire sewer inside.the shower room did not work at all. I have some pictures of them if you want..they shouldn't do this business.
