We has a lot or restaurant choices close by, a beautiful and quaint town that was awesome and we took a cart tour that was very informative. We both needed rest so we got that and iverall it was a good weekend!! The cottage was very nice for 2 people and our puppy!!

Cute little cottage!!

We loved the cottage and the location. Just a short walk to the town which has some great restaurants and shops. Only an hour away from Savannah and Edisto Beach. Denise, the host, was very nice. If we come that way again I would stay here!!

It is a great little cottage that is super convenient for walking downtown and has good driving access to the beach and other areas. We had a wonderful time with our pups!

Well-located hideaway

Lovely!

Wonderful stay and great location. Felt like a little private oasis. Loved the fenced in yard since we had our canine friends along! Easy walk to historic downtown.

Sanctuary Cottage

The name fit the accommodations. It was a perfect location for our stay in Beaufort. The accommodations were very welcoming and just what we were looking for.Denise provided easy instructions for checking in and out. She was very prompt when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cottage.It is a great place for a couple to spend a short getaway.

3 rainy days in Beaufrt

Our cottage was well located within walking distance of Bay Street. Unfortunately, it rained for most of our stay. Thankfully, the cozy cottage stayed dry and had all the amenities necessary to keep us comfortable. Great location for dogs. It’s not easy finding fully fenced in outdoor space.

Perfect location

The bikes were great, gas grill, fire pit fantastic. Only negatives, broken chair on front porch dangerous, rug in front room dirty and should be replaced, bed could certainly be up graded. The location can’t be beat. Thank you

Cozy

The cottage was small, but had everything we needed. The little courtyard was a great place to drink my coffee in the morning and the dogs enjoyed the freedom. Our hostess was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything or had any questions. We would stay there again.

Cute little Cottage

We were in town to visit our daughter. The cottage was in great proximity to her house. We could walk to her apartment! The cottage itself was cute and clean, very well maintained. There were items available for use if you were going biking or to the beach. The host was available, if we needed. Highly recommend this place for your Beaufort visit.

A great little place

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very thoughtful in providing “extra” little things to help us be comfortable in the cottage, Some more light on the pathway leading in would be good. We used our cell phones each evening but it was hard when we carried things and led our dogs. It could use a little updating of the couch and a new paint job but the house was cozy and and in a great location to walk to the places of interest in Beaufort.

Secluded and Private

The cottage is an easy walk to downtown, so it was a great home base for me for First Friday and the Shrimp Festival. Thank you for the thoughtful little welcome basket. What a nice touch! Molly enjoyed sitting on the porch with me without being on a leash. She liked having the freedom to roam around and explore the little garden. A perfectly private little place for me and Molly.

Great location - great place to stay

My husband and I truly enjoyed the stay! It was a wonderful place to stay. We had just the right amount of space for us and our fur baby. We loved that we were in walking distance of a great breakfast place as well as downtown. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a welcoming stay and convenient location.
