- Fresh and Clean, new paint and floors, Fall 2019! Perfect location just 1 mile to Downtown Historic Beaufort, 5 miles to Parris Island, and 1/4 mile to to waterfront park with pier, boat landing, waterfront Dockside Seafood Restaurant, and The Filling Station waterfront tavern.
First floor features light and bright open living, dining, and kitchen, open front porch, half bath and utility room, back screened porch, and large patio in fenced backyard complete with charcoal grill and outdoor seating. The first floor Carolina room is furnished with 2 twin beds and 2 six foot sleeping sofas, perfect for children or small adults. Second floor features Master suite with king bed and two other bedrooms, one with king and one with two twins, and a second full bathroom. Sleeps 8 adults in beds and 2 children in sleeping sofas as well as 2 air mattresses available.
No better location to enjoy everything the Lowcountry has to offer. Close to Publix, Walmart, Walgreens, many Restaurants, and Taverns. Hunting Island State Park just 20 minutes drive.
You'll love this Lowcountry home and the convenient location with everything to see and enjoy close by.
