Modern Coastal Escape on Beaufort's Battery Creek

Escape to Beaufort's Battery Creek and stay in this recently remodeled Waterfront 1st-floor 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom end-unit condo in a gated community in Beautiful Beaufort South Carolina. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, comfy Queen bed, pull-out sofa, patio space & more! Close to Downtown Port Royal, Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head Island! Also visit Charleston and Savannah! Looking for a getaway? Or headed to Beaufort for a Marine Corps Graduation Ceremony at Parris Island? This is it!

This unit is not safe or suitable for children or infants due to the proximity/danger of the water and the railing safety design in the backyard. Therefore we do not allow children under 12 to stay in the unit.

There is 1 dedicated parking space labelled with the unit number for our home. Should you need a second parking space, any unnumbered space may be used, labeled V for Visitor.

NO ACCESS - the community next door to the right with which we share a driveway called the Village at Battery Creek is OFF LIMITS to guests. This includes the pool, the firepit, the dock, boardwalk area over the water and common areas. Please respect this rule as we don't want to upset the owners next door.

BOAT DOCK - this is private for the complex next door and is off limits behind a gated keypad. If you wish to bring a small boat and trailer, you can park on site (limited availability) for a $40/Night fee (Max 7 Days) BOOKED AND PAID IN ADVANCE before your arrival. You MUST let us know so we can check availability. There is a public boat launch - Parris Island Boat Landing - next door.

You have full access to the condo. The pool, fire pit, dock, boardwalk area over the water and common areas next door are off-limits as they belong to the community next door- the Village at Battery Creek.

Please note you are on the first floor and there is another unit above you. It is possible you may hear noises from time to time, but everyone is very respectful here.

We also want to make note that we discovered a tenant of the previous owner of the property (we purchased in April of 2022 and completely renovated) smoked inside the unit and we have replaced everything inside short of the walls and ceilings but some guests with sensitive noses may still be able to pick up a hint of smoke - especially after a heavy rain. Turning the air conditioning on and colder will help. If that is you, we suggest another unit for your stay - reach out to us for other alternatives that may be available. As you can see from our reviews, most people do not have any issues.

Amazing Stay Close to Parris Island

This condo was awesome! Close to Parris Island, which was important to us. Condo was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully appointed. It had everything we needed and more. Great views. The owners were very accomadating and easy to work with.

This is a wonderful spot. It is evident that the owners take a great deal of pride in their condo. Everything was clean and appeared new. Also, the water view was serene and idyllic. I wish I had stayed longer.

My wife and I were in Beaufort to attend our nephews graduation on Parris Island from the US Marine Corps. The condo was perfect size for the two of us. It was updated, clean and a beautiful view of the ocean. Easy access to everything. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends and family.

Lovely Beaufort condo

These wonderful owners really take pride in their property. When we walked in, the condo was so fresh and clean. There was a goodie basket on the kitchen counter and mints next to the bed. Such a nice touch! The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Even a hairdryer, which you don't see in most places. I didn't give it 5 stars only because the condo complex exterior is very tired and needs some love.

The perfect USMCA graduation location!

We walked into a very well appointed and decorated one bedroom condo with a gorgeous view of a lowland marsh. The tides were WAY cool! Our grandson graduated from Parris Island. The condo was small but provided the two of us just what we needed. I baked two pies there for family day (brought my own stuff for that). The condo is clean and about three minutes to PI. Also near a Food Lion, a few restaurants (we loved Panda), and the Devil Dog Store. The owners are the most responsive I believe we’ve EVER had (we travel a lot). Any questions jist reach out. Sandra will hook you up! Enjoy your trip! We sure did!

Very nice and very comfortable for a great price. Loved watching the sunrise and sunset over the marsh from the porch. Also was a very accessible property coming from someone in a wheelchair.

Great place on the water.

This place was amazing. Super clean, easy to get to, had everything we needed and it's right on the water. Was great waking up to the view. My wife and I had an awesome 3 day weekend here. Would definitely come back. The host were great and really took the time to make sure everything at the condo was perfect. They did a great job on the remodel.

Great location to explore Beaufort, Charleston, and Savannah.

Perfect size for couple. Clean, nice appliances. Nice view. Secure, gated community. Friendly neighbors. Would visit again, and probably will, since 5 days was not enough time to see all the historical sites in the area.

Peaceful Retreat

This peaceful waterfront property was absolutely amazing! The decor was beautiful and the furniture and bed was very comfortable. The condo was well equipped with anything you could possibly need. Nice place great view. Check in was a joke. All the files sent with instructions couldn't be opened. We were given wrong code and had to wait to hear from property manager. We got in by following the car behind us. We found card with another persons name. He gave us a code that worked. TV volume couldnt be raised. It was nice while there but would not stay there again. view.
