Charming house with a large fenced lot in a central location

    Don’t pass up this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom well-maintained home.

    Located in a central location and close to MCRD Parris Island (about 6 miles away). Perfect for families of those who are graduating!

    You will love the peaceful backyard, which is fenced-in, making it more child-friendly and great for enjoying its half-acre lot.

    All bedrooms have beautiful bedroom sets. Two rooms have queen beds and one has a full/double-sized bed.

    One full bathroom is located located in the hallway, near the three bedrooms. The second full bathroom is located just off the sitting area, near the dining and living rooms.

    Kitchen is equipped with major appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave) and basic essentials (small appliances, utensils, flatware, dishes,etc.).

Wonderful long weekend getaway

We really enjoyed this very cute bungalow in Port Royal. It’s comfortable and has everything you need for a fantastic stay. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, etc. The hosts answered the questions I had and listed a few places to see & restaurants to try. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place close to both Beaufort and Port Royal.

Mostly good if you dont need to cook as very limited pots, pans, mixing or serving bowls. Beds comfortable.

Beautiful home

Was there for my nephews Marine graduation. Plenty of room for 6 adults spacious could use more pots and pans some mixing bowl but overall everything was enjoyable and relaxing 9 minutes from MCRD. Would rent again if ever in that area again

Stayed here for USMC graduation. Nice quiet neighborhood. Property was cozy and confortable for our family of 6. Clean and neat. Beds are high so if you are short you will need a stool to get into bed but they are comy. Would stay here again if i was in the area.

Great house in a great location

We rented this home when we went down to Parris Island for a USMC graduation. The home is in a good location in a quiet neighborhood. The home is well-appointed and very clean. The hostess was prompt when answering questions. We will stay here again on our future trips to the area.

A bit dissapointing!

I rented this home because it had good reviews, went by pictures, all updated & clean. When I arrived everything looked wonderful until I noticed the backyard fence was broken, the mini blind in the dining area was broken as well. Dining room chairs were stained along with the living room couches and bath towels were damped. Nothing major that we couldn't overcome. The second night when we cooked and all was clean, I noticed behind the coffee pot a creepy crawler. When I moved the pot there was 3 roaches. Now I had to make sure nothing was uncovered especially the food I had bought. I was disappointed, because I would have not booked this place if I had known there were bugs. I did not reach out to the contact/owner right away being that it was late in the day and I had to wake up at 4 am to attend my son's graduation in Parris Island. We were not scheduled to leave until the next morning but I certainly did not want to bring these creepy crawlers home with me. We ended up leaving the house the night of the graduation. I reached out to the contact person the night we left and kindly asked to get refunded for the night that we did not stay. She replied and stated the higher ups declined. They did ask if my review would be based on my refund, I thought that was strange. I gave her my answer and I haven't heard from her since. Unfortunately booking somewhere else that week was not an option. It's been a while since I've heard back from her and now this is my review.

The location and neighborhood was perfect for our stay to attend my grandson's graduation from Marine boot camp. We would have awarded the stay Excellent except that the water heater was off the first night. Joanna was quick to contact us the next day to tell us how to turn it on. The Beaufort area has a nice Publix and if you go to the historical area of downtown Beaufort, try the Magnolia Cafe.
