First let me say Marie in customer service was great. But when we first arrived into unit. Could not get into bathroom door locked from inside. Needed a good clean and some serious maintenance - especially the bathroom floor. Few lights not working control for oven broken also . Lovely hottub and surroundings.

Spotlessly clean inside.slept 9comfortably, hot tub and outside decking well looked after by caretaker. Nothing was a problem Id certainly recommend
