Top Bearskin Lake Hotel Reviews
Camp Makwa 3-Bed 3-Bath Nostalgic Cabin in Harshaw
10/10 Excellent
"Had a great time! House was even nicer than the photos. Spent most of my time out on the lake fishing and did really well. Enjoyed every minute of my stay here and will probably come visit again!"
Lakefront, Sunroom, AC, Kayaks, Firepit
10/10 Excellent
"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for two weeks in August. As other reviewers have stated the lake is really not ideal for swimming, but you still could. A bit weedy near shore and rocky. We knew that going into it. It still is very nice to just sit outside and look at the lake or take the kayaks out. Very quiet as well. We are familiar with the area and there are several nice beaches nearby as well as many hiking trails. Property and home are very nice. We would definitely go back."
Private lakefront cabin-modern amenities-AC-kayaking, fishing, exploring nature
10/10 Excellent
"The cabin was comfortable, location was beautiful and the host was friendly and accommodating."
Waterfront Wisconsin Cabin: Private Dock, Fire Pit
10/10 Excellent
"We rented for the fall ride. My husband had a great time fishing. So if you’re a fisherman you’ll love it. Cabin was clean and nicely updated. Definitely would rent again. Side note not a lot of space for luggage. So if you’re coming with a family be prepared. For us it was fine we used the second bedroom to store our suitcases."
Lakefront Getaways-185' all sand beach-Completely Remodeled and Updated
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend. The cabin was nice with great lake views. All the kayaks and the paddle boat were easy to get into the water and use. We each caught a few bass. Would stay here again."
Waterfront Wisconsin Cabin: Private Dock, Fire Pit
10/10 Excellent
"The cabin was very clean, the dock right out the front door. Far enough away but close enough to do adventures."
Cozy Cabin On The Lake
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely place, extremely peaceful! (We had to buy a fan for white noise!) Kitchen was very well stocked! Plenty of things for the kids and family to do between fishing, boats and kayaking to board games wifi and TV, streaming. The lily pads surrounding the dock and lake front was about the only downside I can think of. There is a skylight above the master bed so eye mask might be helpful if you're not an early morning riser! Big fire pit and firewood available, chairs to sit in outside, in case you forget lawn chairs. Minimal bugs! Which was surprising considering being close to water! Deer, otter, turkey, eagle, Loon and ducks were some visitors, along with bunny, chipmunks and a couple chattering red squirrels were some of the wildlife around the cabin!"
Lakefront house on 73 acres with water views, jetted tub, pool table & bars
10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed our stay at the rental. We especially enjoyed that it is secluded, peaceful, and close to surrounding towns. It is a beautiful house tastefully decorated with plenty of room for our whole crowd, with room to spread out and not feel cramped. The house stayed cool during the hot temperatures. The deck offered a scenic view of the lake and most of the day it is shaded to enjoy spending time outside comfortably in the summer heat. The driveway offered plenty of room for parking for the vehicles and the boat and trailer. We loved hanging out in the game room with the family, taking a meal at the bar, playing cards and shooting pool. We ventured to surrounding towns and took in some of the local attractions. We highly recommend visiting the Wildwood Wildlife Park Zoo in Minocqua. Good communication with the host."
