"The pool was not available due to repair. The parking was limited (we had to walk up/down the hill to overflow parking). The faucet in our room made machine gun noise. The room was pretty big and clean. Deli was good. The restaurant bartender was very helpful. The shuttle bus service was great."

"My husband and I had never been to Vermont, this was absolutely the best 1st experience! Although we didnt visit during ski season it was still a fun filled trip! Beautiful location, tons of amenities and extremely accommodating! A fully equipt kitchen, wood burning fireplace, hotel quality king size bed and best of all 1st floor convenience! The location offers perfect access, 30 min or less for any Vermont experience! Stratton is only a 15 min drive, covered bridge tour with mountain views and creek scenery is a must adventure and access to some of the best farm stands! Highly recommend having Dean and Tina as your host for any time of year visit!"

"I always give myself a little bit of time before I write a review. The location is very nice. The amenities provided was on point. You can really tell that the hostess wants anybody renting to be comfortable. The whole house is kept up clean & beautiful. Loved the pool.One thing that my family didn’t care for, is the AC to fan ratio throughout the home. There is one AC put in the 1st floor bedroom, which is a little bulky & not quiet. The rest of the house was hot because there is no AC. The hostess DOES provide plenty of fans. The downfall of that is, when you have a fan on you all the time, your throat starts hurting. When the fan is on high on the 2nd floor, you can hear it when you’re in the 1st floor bedroom. Understand that Vermont is more of a wintry resort for skiing. (Suggesting) in the summer an AC unit be provided in the main part of the home for everybody can be comfortable. That was the only negative thing my family had to say. Other than that they were very happy & had fun.1 problem/complaint I ran into right away was the fridge/freezer. It was at the highest # but not staying its temperature. I reported it right away. Ice cream that took 3 days to freeze. I took pictures & sent to the hostess. The reply was there shouldn’t be that much items in it. That was crazy, when there was nothing covering the vents. I thought I would be told, I’ll have it looked at. *NO I was offered that 6 people can leave & a partial refund. Didn’t see that reply coming but ok."

"We enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. The only negative was it was under going updates and the windows had no blinds so no sleeping in cause the sun was out at 5:30am. I’m sure once all the work is done it will be great for the next guest. I will also warn you the apartment beneath is not insulated for sound so if you get a noisy neighbor that won’t be fun. We had a few construction workers show up the last night and they were blaring a radio. Thankfully they did quiet down as it got later in the night. All in all I would recommend this location. We stayed a week and enjoyed cooking our own meals. We had fun hiking each day. "
