"My fiancée and I had gotten there extremely late at night. The night auditor was so friendly and respectful despite the late hour. I was offered an upgrade which I gladly received cause we we're extremely exhausted. We had a small issue with the bath however, the lady was so obliging, benevolent and courtious and being fatigued from our long day we didn't care to bring up the issue."
