"This lodge was perfect for our situation, which had my wife and I share a room with our adult son, who was fine with sleeping in a bunkbed. My feeling is that this is an ideal place for families, visiting Sequoia and King's Canyon National Park, with lots of outdoor amenities such as a nightly "s'more fire", a pond with canoes and 3 quality cafeteria meals per day. The road in is a little primitive, but fine for a regular car or SUV. I wouldn't recommend one driving in with a low sports car."

"The lady at the desk was helpful. They don’t stock the room with shampoo, but they had it when I went to ask for it. The room was nice. It was fairly quiet. The air-conditioning worked well, but was a bit loud. The stay was well worth the money."
