This property features 2 exterior security cameras. There is 1 located on the front of the house facing the driveway and 1 on the back of the house facing the yard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion, starting when motion is first sensed and ending 30 seconds after motion is last detected - Children under 10 should be accompanied at all times in the house and outside, as this is a farming environment - Infants and children are included in the max occupancy. Additionally, only guests on the reservation should be in the home; no daytime visitors allowed - The primary guest on the reservation must be present throughout the entire stay - While most supplies are included, guests must bring their own shampoo, toothpaste, and laundry soap - Chapman Farm is participating in a nesting program for native birds in the field behind the farmhouse for your viewing pleasure. Hay season is in full swing in summer, spring, and sometimes into the fall. You might get a glance at the farm equipment in action. In springtime, you can catch the baby calves running in the field across from the farmhouse.
