"It's our 3rd time at the Sandpiper, we love the location and use it as a base to explore the north east coastline. We love using the wood fired hot-tub and our dog loves lying on the grass area outside the hut. highly recommended place to stay, we will be back."

"Overall nice lodge/park - nice touch with welcome pack and doggy treats. Few areas to consider for owner - one of the kids beds was very uncomfortable to the extent that our daughter slept on the sofa bed in lounge. The cleaning/host fees extortionate (£90 plus £45) for the size of the lodge. I am a property owner/renter myself and know how much a clean costs after a stay and it is no where near £90 (presuming cleaners on minimum wage or thereabouts means it takes 8 hours to clean and prep the...
