"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...

"Absolutely spot on what it says. The house has everything you need. The host said all we needed to take was, food, drink & charcoal for the BBQ. This is so true. The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb."

"This seasoned property was well-situated in a small village just across the pond from the local pub. It provided us with plenty of room for five adults and was a good home base for exploring some of the coastal areas of Norfolk. We loved the ability to have a fire in the fireplace each night. "The chapel is a beautifully converted property in a quiet village, well situated in the heart of the North Norfolk countryside and close to the coast. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped and the on-street parking is fine. We had an excellent break, made particularly memorable because we were blessed with beautiful warm and sunny weather."

"Great stay 2 adults and a golden retriever. Garden ideal for dog. Comfy sofas and bed. Could do with bedside table each side in main bedroom and also plug sockets near bed for phones. Parking tight against house but managed to get a space daily apart from one occasion. "The house is massive, with 6 double bedrooms, very comfy beds, 3 bathrooms, nice toiletries and good size towels. The garden is beautiful, the kitchen is modern with everything you need. The only slight downside is that is is on the main road coming into Kings Lynn so you have constant traffic noise, however it is only a few minutes walk from the town centre, riverside and parks. Great house for a large group. The property managers are very helpful."

"This was the perfect size for a large family break. Our children enjoyed the playground and board games and we all loved the pool table. Plenty of space for everyone and the 4 large bathrooms were an added bonus! There was a lovely view from the living room too. Thank you."
