"We had a wonderful time at this beach house in Milton, Delaware. Great Location, easy walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked. Check in and Check out processes were simple to follow. The near by towns were lovely. Lewes - pronounced "Lewis" was a quaint "Hallmark" town with great restaurants, wonderful shops and beautiful scenery. We also went to Rehobeth Beach which was a bit bigger and had all the local stores we have at home. Our hosts Gina & Rodney left us a lovely gift for staying with them, which we were very grateful for."

"We loved this property! It was the perfect location, very pet-friendly and had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and had perfect views of the water. We loved sitting out on the deck drinking our coffee in the morning and watching the wildlife while listening to the waves coming in. The telescope was awesome. We would look at the ferry’s going back and forth and the cargo ships lit up at night. The owners were very attentive to our needs and would check in with us every so often to make sure we had everything we needed. Our dog loved the whole experience too and slept very well every night after playing on the beach! We will definitely be back!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in good shape for the most part. The beds were comfortable. The appliances worked well and there were plenty of utensils, pots, pans and dishes for cooking. The only down side was the floors were dirty and I could not locate a mop or bucket so we could only sweep up sand."
